Non-Latex Condoms Offers Protection from STD’s and Unwanted Pregnancies

Non Latex condoms were introduced in the 1990s for people who had latex allergies. Some people with Latex allergies can have life-threatening reactions if Latex gloves are used during operation or surgery. Non-latex condoms are a bit expensive but they serve the purpose of preventing the user from unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases.

Non Latex Condoms Are Either Made Of Polyurethane or Polyisoprene

Polyurethane is a thermoplastic elastomer which doesn’t lead to any form of allergic reactions. Condoms made of polyurethane are thinner, have higher sensitivity and offer a natural feeling. This product just requires a little bit of lubrication to show better results. So, either oil-based or water-based lubricants can be used to enjoy satisfactory intercourse. As per research, some customers preferred polyurethane condoms over the latex due to natural look, comfort, feel and less likelihood of slippage. These condoms may be a bit expensive, but if used correctly, can offer adequate protection against sexually transmitted disease and unwanted pregnancies. Moreover, they conduct heat better and don’t have a foul smell.

Polyisoprene

A polyisoprene is a synthetic form of Latex which is made by the chemists. It is very easy to make thinner condoms with this material. These condoms are clinically tested and certified by reputed labs of the world. They are stretchy, softer, smoother and offer adequate comfort to the couples to enjoy pleasure intercourse.
